Unique shape and brand identity
Generally heaters are simple, white boxes with no hint of emotion or clue to how they function. We wanted to break with tradition. The Aqua-Max comes in dark anthracite with a matte finish reminiscent of the old cast iron stove. And the position of the diamond-shaped logo is an analogy for the blue pilot light on an old heater. The entire front panel is curved and emphasises the power of the boiler. The hinged panel that protects the display is high gloss and reflects the lines of the logo.
Simple and charming interface
A unique element is the interface. This is split up into a part for the end user and a part for the service engineer. The end user only sees a digital display: OK, Refill or Service. There are no complicated icons or fault codes. Everything the service engineer needs to know is on the extensive display behind the door.
