Junior Industrial Designer

What is your role?

‍

As a Junior Industrial Designer, you’ll help create purposeful, aesthetic, and user-centered product designs. You’ll translate usability insights and aesthetic objectives into design proposals and bring ideas to life through visuals and prototypes.

‍

You’ll be hands-on with:

Sketching, prototyping, 3D modelling and rendering (or your preferred tools of choice) to explore and communicate ideas
Developing multiple design directions and solving aesthetic challenges
Researching (design) trends and creating moodboards
Applying design and usability principles and creating CMF (Colour, Material & Finish) proposals.

Is this you?

‍

A starting design professional with up to 3 years of experience.
A graduate in Industrial Design, Industrial Product Design, or an equivalent international degree.
Ambitious to grow your expertise in aesthetic and usability-focused design.
Flexible and comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time.
A clear communicator- both with colleagues and clients.

We do this at a high level of design and professionalism with a multidisciplinary team of industrial designers at our studio in Rotterdam. We’re open, direct, curious and love to challenge each other.
