The initial draw for Felix was the diverse range of future-oriented projects listed on the website, including fields like robotics, healthcare, and sustainability. For Ariadna, it was the versatile and conceptual projects that piqued her interest. She found herself drawn to the creative and innovative aspects of the work. As for Merlijn, the engineering-oriented projects provided an exciting challenge. Spark has lived up to its promises, delivering on these enticing projects.

Merlijn was the pioneer among the interns, joining at the end of summer, with Felix and Ariadna coming on board later. Ariadna appreciates the collaborative spirit among the interns and how their diverse skills create a supportive environment. The presence of other international interns further enhances their experience.

All three interns share a common goal: acquiring practical knowledge and experience while understanding how to apply their skills in real-world scenarios. They thrive in an environment that challenges them with pressure, reliability, and responsibility, emphasizing the importance of efficiency and resourcefulness.

What sets Spark apart, according to Merlijn, Ariadna, and Felix, is the dynamic and social environment that the company cultivates. Employees frequently bond over lunch, engage in various events, enjoy games like fussball, and engage in casual conversations.

These interns embody the spirit of Spark – a blend of innovation, diversity, and a strong sense of community, both in and outside the workplace.
