HH: “Yes, the 5th generation iPod with video, to be precise”
That is very specific..
HH: “I know. At the time when this one was launched, I was deciding on a new direction in my education. Instead of the program with the best job prospects, I was looking for something that made my heart beat faster. I wanted something creative and was gravitating towards graphic design. But then this iPod opened up the world of product design for me. The realization that you can actually design something like that. The story and the craft behind it. But this 5th generation was, in my opinion, the first genuinely slick one. Without any physical buttons and with the now iconic touch click wheel, which felt like something magical. And then the sleek display, super clear and with a good resolution. The older models still had those pixelated screens. And to top it off, it came with white earplugs! You could have knocked me over with a feather…”
