Explosion proof control module

Explosion proof control module

Together with Honeywell Enraf we developed an intelligent explosion proof control module for equipment used in the blending and distributing of fuels and additives. It is the first modern, easy to operate, graphic user interface to be introduced onto this conventional market.

The design of the Fusion4 Minipak raises the perceived quality of the entire fuel and additives blending and distribution system and reinforces the brand identity and recognition by the customer. With the introduction of this design, market shares went back up to earlier achieved numbers. The combination of the 'Stream Controller' with its display and the 'Local Access Device' control unit ensures faster, safer and more efficient use.

Safety

The Single Stream Controller complies with international safety standards (ATEX / FM /CSA) to allow sales in Europe, Canada and the US. It is also the smallest on the market.

Multilingual control panel

Thanks to the self-explaining interface, the system is quick and safe to calibrate and operate. Replacing text - where possible - by icons supports universal use amongst the end-users, often truck drivers who tend to have diverse language preferences.
