Smart city lighting: Anne

Smart and sustainable city lightning

Sustainder is an innovative Dutch brand that provides smart city solutions. With their new street lighting product, they deliver on the promise of Smart City: Sustainability and improved living. See also: Alexia

Anne is energy efficient and connected. She can be controlled remotely (API) and responds to her environment. She has four independent lighting faces, which makes it possible to dim the light facing a private house while illuminating a footpath: customized lighting that hasn’t been done before.

Modular

The interchangeable cassette system ensures easy replacement of end-of-life hardware or adding functionality. We designed the frame in moulded aluminium integrating many assembly features. The slim polycarbonate light guard gives a high-quality style and enables efficient lighting.

Future-proof

The fixture offers space for various sensors. This creates a platform to enable all kinds of smart solutions, for example switching off the light when nobody is there or monitor traffic intensity.

Future-proof design

Sustainder's fixtures are a great example of products that, while meeting tough requirements for cost, durability and ingress protection, still have a distinctive future-proof design.

Sustainder's fixtures contain a lot of technology, but we wanted to avoid designing a fixture that would look too futuristic. We prefer to show technology in a friendly way.
